The quality is bad due to having to blow this up quite a lot. But you can see that the house is much larger than it looks from the street. Look at all those windows! And the second floor looks like it has a balcony in the back. Roofers were putting on a new roof when this was taken so there is a lot of junk on the roof.

Compare this house to the Lovell Health house seen below. Very similar huh? The Lovell was built in 1929 and like most of his work from this period there are large bands of small windows. Later, he used larger plates of glass. So, this house could possibly be from the 1930s.
