These houses have almost the same layout as this style though they lack the front courtyard and the second floor bedroom seen here on the right has only one window instead of two. I have never been in this style house so I'm unsure what the second floor floor plan is like but it seems this house is a smaller, and at the time it was originally for sale, cheaper version than the one with the courtyard. Some of these houses have nice views of Glen Canyon and the San Bruno range.
